All requests are subject to review and approval by M/s Rave Enterprises.

2. STANDARD PRODUCTS – RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Eligible standard products may qualify for size exchange, replacement, or refund support under applicable conditions.

To be eligible:

- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn
- Original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- Product must be in resellable condition

Products failing inspection may be rejected.

3. CUSTOMIZED / PRINTED / MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Products involving:

- Custom Printing
- Personalized Artwork
- DTF Printing
- Custom Designs
- Made-to-Order Production
- Personalized Apparel

are generally NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Since these products are produced specifically against customer selections or customization requirements, returns based on preference changes cannot be accepted.

4. EXCEPTIONS FOR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Customized / printed products may qualify for replacement, refund review, or resolution ONLY in cases of:

- Wrong Product Delivered
- Wrong Size Delivered (not matching order)
- Manufacturing Defect
- Damaged Item Received
- Printing Error attributable to production

Customers must contact us promptly after delivery.

Evidence may be requested including:

- Product Photos
- Packaging Images
- Unboxing Evidence (if applicable)
- Description of Issue

Claims will be reviewed individually.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following categories are generally non-returnable unless defective or incorrect:

- Used / Washed / Worn Products
- Products without original tags or packaging
